Experience an invigorating & advanced Vinyasa flow

Join me at CorePower Yoga, for a heated power vinyasa flow class. Strengthen, balance and detoxify your entire body and mind as you move through more challenging yoga postures. 

What to Bring:  A bottle of water, a towel and a yoga mat. Wear fitted workout clothes, ideally ones that wick away moisture.

Class is heated, between 95-98 degrees, with added humidity.

Yoga experience is a plus.
