Energetic Healing
Energetic healing is an essential part of our offerings at Erin Nicole Yoga. While this is an extension of our core movement offerings, it is a mindful component to wellness that is equally as valuable. Each yoga session is thoughtfully designed to create an energy and atmosphere that harmonizes with your movements and intentions. When you feel a visceral shift in your body language, or notice your energy completely shift after a yoga session, that is not by accident. Our care to create your yoga environment and enhance your experience, is just one way we introduce you the power of intentional energy work. Our one-on-one energetic healing sessions allow time to further explore your own unique vibrations in an intimate and deliberate manner.
We offer in-person energetic healing sessions in the Orange County, CA area. We support the growth and healing of your energetic body and aura, as part of our goal to guide individuals on their growth journey and raise our collective vibration.
What is Energetic Healing?
Energetic healing (sometimes referred to as energetic clearing) is a common practice in Feng Shui – designed to align you and your physical space with a higher vibrational energy that keeps you in constant flow with a divine abundant energy. Through our energetic healing sessions we intentionally purify you and your space through mindful meditation and traditional smudging practices.
In this session, we create a safe space for you to consciously identify and interact with your own energy. Together, we acknowledge stagnation, purify your energy and welcome joyful and abundant energy. Energetic clearing is always designed for you as an individual, however, it can also be extended into your spaces as well.
What can I expect from a session?
We provide a deeply personal approach to energetic healing for each client. Each session always includes time to acknowledge and discuss your intentions, then follows a mediation session or two, and together we engage in the purification ritual.
During the cleansing ritual, we use natural healing elements such as sage and palo santo to provide an aroma of earthy warmth and to promote an organic flow of energy throughout your body/space.

This package is perfect if you are moving into a new home or space, or maybe you are at a crossroads in your life and need help to manifest the gifts you desire in your next chapter.
